GAEBA Initiative

The Global Alliance of Eye Bank Associations - GAEBA has launched a new initiative regarding the collection of global data specific to human tissue use in eye care. The Global Data Collection Project is intended to produce annual data on data sets of interest, such as corneal donors, corneal transplants and import and export of human tissue for transplant. It also has the potential to include other data sets over time.
